Airco in de kamers

In 1 van de kamers hing een hele vieze muffe geur. We hadden betaald voor veel faciliteiten die er vervolgens niet waren. De vaatwasser werkte niet en maakte kortsluiting waardoor de aardlekschakelaar uit ging. Pas op met een kamer bestellen. Sommige hebben alleen een slaapbank!

"Great location but bad service and Staff"

The location is the best . There is old staff who was very polite and helpful

They don't clean/service the apartments. We had to manage the garbage disposal on our own everyday, They don't change the towels either. The owner was rude, we had a problem with the booking but he didn't wanted to listen at all. The air conditioners had a very special trick, it turns on only when windows and doors are fully closed but you have learn this, to know the accuracy

"Déplorable !"

Endroit en centre ville dans une rue assez vivante et animée.

Le personnel, malhonnête, qui tente au maximum de nous empêcher d'allumer la climatisation. Celle-ci était pourtant déclaré dans les équipements disponibles. Nous avons perdus 2h de négociations de 23h à 1h du matin avant qu'ils daignent nous donner la télécommande de la dite climatisation... et la nous avons pus climatiser la chambre , qui était à 27 degré celsus soit dit en passant. Ajouté à cela 20 min d'attente pour nous trouver la chambre au tout début... le tout pour 150 euro dans un une étoile...
