Hotel was using a new computer system, started two days before with zero training, in the height of their busy season. Check in was chaos. No adjoining room that we booked and not much empathy from staff. We did feel sorry for them. Phones were ringing off the hook as well. Not a well thought out decision to switch systems at this time of the year and not provide training. FOH staff did their best. Still waiting for my receipt, no idea if they charged us correctly.

5 stars! I never give 5 but this place was wonderful. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever dealt with at a hotel. Would stay again if I’m in the area!

Checkin was the shortest ever, staff is friendly, bed and pillows especially were very comfortable, hottub and pool hours very convenient. Very clean.

Here's a nice review of the Holiday Inn: I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn! It's definitely a nice place to stay, and I was particularly impressed with the breakfast – it was really good. The hotel offered everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I'll definitely be staying there again on my next trip!
