La ubicación era perfecta. Cerca del puente de la Reina, y de Restaurantes y confiterias. El departamento daba al frente pero muy silencioso. La habitación grande y limpia, y la cama muy comoda.

Las personas de la administración no hablan español, y no hacen nada por tratar de entender. Solo me pude comunicar por el traductor del celular, con un señor muy amable del servicio.

Fiquei na suite Deluxe Premium o quarto é grande, espaçoso porém muito escuro e parece que você está dentro de uma caverna literalmente. Os terraços como eles informam no anúncio não é em todos os quartos o meu mesmo não tinha. As luminárias são cheias de pó, as janelas e da nojo colocar as mãos nelas apesar do quarto ser limpo todo dia. O próprio banheiro você sai dele e vê o chão de pedra imundo.

Achei muito escuro embora tenha janelas e tudo, a forma que entra também bem embaixo do hotel, a primeira porta do portão não fecha direito somente a segunda porta dando uma sensação de insegurança também. Por volta das 5:00 da manhã um barulho muito forte do andar de cima de água, encanação. A iluminação do banheiro tem que ficar arrumando toda hora por conta do mal contato.

La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación, la cama muy cómoda y tener kitchenette en la habitación.

Toallas duras y muy usadas. Un día nos colocaron sábanas rotas. Ducha pequeña. Falta de mantenimiento en ciertas partes de la habitación. A veces se olvidaban de reponer café, azúcar.
