Loved the location, the staff was great. Our curtains were torn a little and let some light in.
The property is well kept, quiet and safe with locked gates. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, plates, bowls, pitcher, kitchen utensils etc. Absolutely love this place.
Cute & Quaint hotel right in the heart of all the action in Cabo. Just a few minutes walk from the Marina, the beach, and tons of great restaurants. The staff is extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cabo San Lucas!

This hotel will appeal to those who want a VERY inexpensive place within walking distance to the downtown Cabo San Lucas scene. It was difficult to find and short on benefits. It has a hot tub which I doubt anyone uses and a grill with grilling tools. No pool or other amenities. The photos are accurate. It's nice that it has a kitchen. The free Wi-Fi was horrendous. It uses a base router plus an extender but that slashes bandwidth. They need to install a mesh system. I used to work for DIRECTV but could not get the TV and set top box to work. But it was cheap and safe and we needed something for one night after our two-week stay at a high-end resort. Front desk manager was very nice and helpful. The office is only open from 9am to 5pm so keep that in mind if you need to check in late. Also, phone them and ask them to turn on the AC 30 minutes before you arrive or your room will be a sweat box.
Very nice stay close to almost everything in downtown Cabo’s.
