Host kind, helpful re: local sites, restaurants. Room clean, comfortable beds. Community kitchen, outdoor grill. Nicely landscaped grounds a peaceful respite, outdoor sitting areas.

In downstairs room hear guests above walking, muffled talking. No other guests until our last night. Unable to control heat as thermostat broke during our stay. Repairman ordered part. Very warm at night (Feb). Host did her best to accommodate.

The owner was friendly and she gave us a good advice for visiting Sintra palaces. We could park inside the property. We like the location since it is close to parking lot near Sintra train station and also within reasonable distance to Lisbon airport. The whole property was beautiful and well maintained. Our room on the ground floor was quite large and tastefully furnished with antique pieces. Also the bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean. The breakfast was served in very nice dining room and the selection of food was excellent. The second day we were leaving early, but we could prepare our meal and coffee in the shared kitchen at the end of the building. The place is quiet and charming. We recommend it!

Charming and comfortable option near Sintra and Lisbon attractions, great customer service and breakfast, nicely decorated and family-run, a nice get-away as it is very quiet and private. Would stay here again!

It was a lovely place to stay and the hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool area and gardens were beautiful and well maintained.

L’endroit est parfait pour une petite famille qui désire s’installer quelques jours et qui voyage en auto. La piscine, la cuisine et la belle grandeur de la chambre sont des plus. Nous étions en train et en taxi, le soir venu, les options étaient limitées pour nous. Nous sommes restés une seule nuit, nous n’avons pas pu profiter des installations. Mais Alexandra nous a bien aidé, nous avons bien apprécié

I we like the staff , they’re very friendly and helpful. The property it was excellent, I recommend to any to gave a try to the property. Very secure for the people and the cars also. I want say staff thank you very much .

A nice place and a very helpful host.

Gorgeous rooms Spacious. Lovely pool to cool off on hot days. Host Leo was exceptional! She was very helpful and full of great information. Though there were some other guests, I hardly saw them which made the place feel very exclusive. Will definitely come back

Lovely to have a room opening straight outside the pool. Situated in a lovely renovated stable block set in a well kept garden, close to the main house where the owner lived. She was very helpful & attentive & provided advice to us of the transport in the area. Each morning she gave us an exceptional breakfast'
