Lokalizacja, kontakt z wynajmującym bardzo dobry oraz widok z okien bardzo ładny. Czysta pościel. W pełni wyposażone mieszkanie.

Wiele usterek, o których wynajmujący dowiedział się ode mnie w rozmowie telefonicznej. Zniszczone meble, zniszczone i porysowane ściany, brak części listew przypodłogowych, popsuta spłuczka w toalecie, ciągle działający wentylator w toalecie, zniszczone panele podłogowe, zabudowa lodówki całkowice odłączona od drzwi lodówki.
