Terrace Suites

Staff were superb! Quite place with easy access to surrounding attractions. Clean and well maintained. Could use new mattresses as they were near the end of their life.

Manager reserved. An assisted very accommodating provided some great details was very supportive and helpful and making sure we had a great room.

Amazing place

The room was fine with nice views of the lake and back door to the golf course. My two complains about the property was lack of wifi in tne room and lack of on-site restaurant. Was there 3 nights and told front staff about wifi problem each day and was not address so had to hotspot with my data. There was no restaurant as advertised on expedia so you have to travel by car to get food. For a VIP Expedia hotel i expect better!

Fantastische mooie luxe kamers, erg vriendelijk en fijn ontvangst. Geweldige omgeving, en heerlijk rustig! Fijn om echte glazen op je kamer te hebben, zelfs wijnglazen! Heerlijk! De douche was heerlijk!

Het ontbijt deed echt afbreuk aan de hele ervaring. Het is fijn dat je het ontbijt op je kamer geserveerd krijgt, maar het was zo anders dan het luxueuze gevoel dat we van de kamer en de plek kregen. Persoonlijk zou ik dan geen ontbijt serveren in plaats van voorverpakt eten.

Driveway was a little difficult to locate. Otherwise great!

Best place in the area, nothing compares. There is a great little par3 golf course on site, the rooms are spacious. Very romantic with hot tub and fireplace. Quiet setting that really allows you to get away and disconnect.

Not told until next morning tv out of order(1channel, in dead zone awaiting repair), sitting over boiler room(temp went from 70°pm to 75°by 6am HOT!!), expresso? coffee maker inoperative, had to get staff to fix,+ no cups to fit the unit!!, staff had to open door(unusual lock key not clearly advised how to operate), told owner would not deal/respond to complaint as we used EXPEDIA, WE HAD TO ADVISE THEM!!! GREAT PROPERTY, TOO BAD !!!! WOULD LIKE A SUITABLE PRICE ADJUSTMENT ACCORDINGLY ! WORST EVER EXPERIENCE!!

The staff is great! So polite and helpful. They really care. They go above and beyond any experience I've had. I would highly recommend. And will definitely be back.
