prachtig geheel met zeer vriendelijk personeel; het hotel is enorm groot en heeft alles maar niet echt een groot strand. Anse Volbert ligt echter op 5 minuten rijden en dat is wel een heel groot echt strand ( wel een kilomter lang) met restaurants, barretjes, duikclub, lokale bevolking, heeft alle maar het is een groot hotelcomplex; ga zeker naar Anse Lazio op 10 minuten rijden.

niets viel tegen; je betaalt inderdaad behoorlijk maar je krijgt er dan ook heel veel voor. Prijs/kwaliteit is bij dure hotel altijd een moeilijk gegeven; huur zeker een auto ! is veel goedkoper dan taxi ! wel links rijden !! maar geeft zoveel vrijheid!

المكان راقي ومرتب والاستقبال والموظفين من أحسن من يكون بدا من الاستقبال نسيت اسم البنت لكنها لطيفة جدا وتعاملها راقي، وكان معنا الأخ محمود متعاون جدا حتى في يوم اجازته، كذلك في مطعم السوشي ساعدونا في الاختيار الانسب. على الشاطئ يوجد كذلك ترتيب للأنشطة والاسترخاء

اعتقد ان الافطار داخل المسبح يفترض ان يكون خيار متاح مجاملة على الاقل مرة واحدة

Il y avait un réceptionniste qui conduit le buggy un égyptien qui était bon et serviable Mahmoud

Beaucoup de travaux et le prix n’a pas pris en compte que les travaux sont là, il y a beaucoup de désordre Mauvaise organisation entre le personnel Beaucoup de restrictions et pas un bon service client Tu réserves dans les restaurants et tu trouves pas tes réservations et ils te disent simplement y’a pas de réservation tu peux aller à ta chambre Vraiment, c’est pas digne pour un hôtel cinq étoiles

The accommodation is spacious and the views amazing. Slightly dangerous steps in the bedroom though. All staff are very friendly and super helpful.

For a hotel of Raffles reputation and the price being paid, the service levels are not as attentive or proactive as they should be. However, the food quality and choices are very good and the breakfast was amazing.
