Quinta Río Boutique Hotel

No me gusto nada del hotel, empezando porque no tiene un estacionamiento adecuado, hay que buscar en donde se puede quedar uno, pésimo servicio de recepción, cero actitud de la persona, no hay un responsable para dar soluciones, no hay personal para atender a los huespedes, las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con lo que son en realidad, camas muy dañadas que no puedes descansar, toallas demasiado desgastadas, hay un bar dentro del hotel que hasta la madrugada cierra y todo el ruido lo tienes en las habitaciones, no tienen aire acondicionado es un ventilador que tienes que soportar el ruido que hace toda la noche, y por ultimo, abuso de confianza te hacen el cobro antes de que llegues a hacer el check in, si es que elegiste el pago hasta llegar al hotelucho.

El lugar para bajar las maletas es muy incomodo ya que lo tiene es que hacer en la calle y en doble sentido

Staff went above and beyond. Good location, walking distance to the Historical Center of the city. However, there was some noise from the very popular restaurant next door, as well as a loud train every few hours. The breakfast included with the room was very sparse (toast coffee and oj), although alternatives can be ordered for an extra charge. Room are small and basic , but incredibly clean and well maintained. Wifi signal very weak.

A beautiful place with veranda and a small swimming pool. Its personnel are very attentive and warm. Their Continental breakfast can be served whether in the room or by the swimming pool. I did like this place very much. The only negative point is that there's a bar close to the hotel and is noisy at night up to midnight.

Nice private spot location and well maintained property. The rooms were clean and organized.

Clearly ir can be categorised as a family friendly hotel. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Our room was very spacious fit for the three of us. Unfortunately, the pool area is not big enough and easily became overcrowded. A family arrived a couple of minutes after us and the kids were playing and swimming so we decided to move from the pool because of the lack of space. I like the Mexican style of the decorations, is so colorful and we'll illuminated. I ate chilaquiles for breakfast in our last day and it was scrumptious. Luckily the bar next door didn't affect the tranquility of the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel near the city centre this is a really good option.

No es lo que ponen en las fotos. Para empezar cambiaron la fachada del lugar y nos fue complicado encontrarlo porque se encuentra unido a un restaurante-bar. No cuentan con estacionamiento y el personal (principalmente la recepcionista) no se coordina con el personal del restaurante para el vallet parking. Además el ruido del restaurante- bar es súper incomodo, llega a las habitaciones y por las noches es difícil conciliar el sueño. La alberca está muy sucia, no le dan el mantenimiento que uno espera. Sugiero que actualicen sus fotos y la recepcionista tenga más tacto con su personal.

Tienen un rest bar a in lado, no bajan el volumen de la música hasta las 2AM, me cobraron $400.00 x mi perro y eso no estaba en la reserva, encontramos cucarachas, se pido bajar el volumen de la.música ya que el negocio también es de ellos y se negaron NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO

Está bonito el lugar aunque podrían tener en mejores condiciones el inmueble y las amenidades y servicios, considerando que es un hotel Boutique

El lugar es cerca del centro histórico. Y esta justo a un lado de Él Cachanilla (bar-restaurante) muy rico
