Khách sạn tuy không mới nhưng sạch sẽ, phòng sauna hiện đại, ăn sáng không nhiều món nhưng ngon và đặc biệt có bãi đỗ xe oto và xe đạp 😊

Hotel liegt perfekt. Ca 5 Minuten und man ist in der historischen Altstadt von Arco. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Sollte der Parkplatz belegt sein, gibt es auch eine Tiefgarage. Poolanlage super gepflegt. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse prima. Semmeln, Salami, 2 Sorten Kochschinken, Eierspeisen, Kuchen ,Obst, Jogurt.Lustig fanden wir den" Deutschkaffee" 😃 Gern kann man sich auch einen Espresso oder Cappuccino bestellen. Also Preis /Leistung top. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette, höfliche und aufmerksame Personal.

Obwohl das Bad eine gute Größe hat, ist die Dusche in eine Ecke gedrängt, aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Es war soweit Rund herum soweit alles in Ordnung,, bis auf das Essen

Das Essen war nicht so zufriedenstellend, oft zu wenig und jeden Tag Kartoffeln als Beilage, Ich hätte mir mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.

Vstřícný personál na recepci, místo na parkování, fajn lokalita. Super bazén, v podvečer i s obsluhou, možnost objednat si drink až k bazénu, župany k dispozici.

Chování personálu při snídaních, nedostatečný výběr, většina polotovarů, druhý třetí den už se poměrně omrzela. Wellness v době našeho pobytu nebylo funkčí, ale možná na objednání nebo v jinou hodinu by bylo možné ho navštívit.
