The hotel is accessible to wheelchair users and has a elevator. Rooms adapted to disabled guests are available on request. The swimming pool and wellness center are open from 9:00 to 22:00. Please note that it is not allowed to enter the wellness center without bathing suits. The parking is not confirmed until approval of the hotel. Please note that the hotel doors are closed from 11pm until 7am. If you need to enter during this time, please use the intercom and the night guard will open the doors for you. Please note that pets are only allowed in the Ecology Rooms. Please contact the property in advance of your stay to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms, since not all Ecology rooms are suitable for pets.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
