Excelente ubicación, moderno y muy buen apoyo del personal.

Staff, location and cleanliness

The location was good, only being a few minutes walk from the centre of Lourdes where the daily procession took place. The room was spacious and clean, as were the communal areas. The reception area was spacious and airy.

The receptionist was the main reason for my poor score for this hotel. She was short tempered, arguementative, and unhelpful. We arrived at the hotel at 7.30 pm and enquired about eating in the restaurant, to be told that we needed to book before 6 pm so we couldn't. Another couple from our party were tokd the same on arrival, went anyway and were given a table, as were the couple before them. We had to go to reception to find somebody to come and served us in the bar and had to wait quite a while. She also argued with another of our party over something she said in the bar, that she then retracted. Be aware that the €14 for breakfast is for the room, so it works out at €7 each for 2 people sharing. This is made clear and we didn't have breakfast because of it.

La habitación superior que me dieron por gentileza

Qué quisieron entrar a la habitación a las 8 horas am y estábamos descansando y luego no vinieron a limpiarla ni a cambiar las toallas. Tuve que pedir me las cambiaran a las 19 horas.
