Das Hotel liegt zentral in Bad Harzburg. Unser Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr vielfältig. Rezeption und Service waren jederzeit sehr gut 😊

Die kleine Bar ist sehr gemütlich, das Angebot dort ist auch sehr gut nur der "Barmann" wirkte nicht so sehr motiviert.

Ambiente und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden sind sehr positiv. Sehr gutes uns ansprechend gestaltetes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage im unmittelbarer Nähe zur Fußgängerzone hatte keinen Ausfluss auf die Lautstärke im Zimmer. Zimmerausstattung ist ebenfalls vollkommen in Ordnung und nach unserem Dafürhalten ansprechend. Erneute Buchung ist quasi schon geplant.
