Breakfast is decent and staff were friendly.

Reception staff were not so friendly. First impression is so important for clients. I came to the hotel at 12.10 p.m for check in and was informed I should pay extra charge for early check in, even though the hotel had many empty rooms. I had to pay 39000 won for 3 hour early check in. I do understand the hotel policy when all rooms occupied and it needs time for room preparation ( cleaning, ventilation and so on). However I noticed only few rooms were occupied and majority rooms were free. Frequently visitors are important for long term.
