Hello, Everything went great. Friendly staff at check in. Took the time to explain what she was doing and why she was asking me questions. The room was great. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Very pleasantly surprised to find Dove products. Friendly staff during breafast and at check out. Great experience all around..

no elevator, unable to alter booking with front desk, too warm in the room - could not find a way to turn off heat, unacceptable for human consumption breakfast.

Stay here at least once or twice a year, and over 3 years. Have reviewed a number of times & always recommend to other folks making a similar journey. Very easy & comfortable place o stay just off Trans Canada. Good size rooms, well stocked, comfortable beds etc. Ample breakfast offerings. Clean & tidy. The young man at Reception this visit was especially helpful, friendly & welcoming.

No negative comments.
