Numa Bonn Bona

I stayed for UN meeting and it was just a nice peaceful place to be based while I am at hectic UN meetings. It was great to have this contrast.

Arrived on the Friday afternoon and was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who checked me in quickly and efficiently. After a bit of trouble getting the room door open (Pull to push), I was in and was instantly impressed. The room is large and furnished in a very modern and boutique way. It's probably not to everybody's taste but I loved it! The bed is large and comfortable, the TV easy to operate, bathroom was spacious and spotless. There's a mini fridge stocked with soft drinks and alcohol & also a safe. The only fault I found with the room was in the bathroom, the shower water temperature was really difficult to fathom, regardless of the temperature you chose, it would either be really hot or freezing cold. After a few minutes it seems to settle. The location of the hotel is in a quiet suburb, around 15 minutes from Bonn on the 604 bus. A single journey costs €2.80 and the bus stop is just across the road. I parked at the hotel and the spaces at the front are free, which was a nice surprise. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel for a good price.

Such a pretty place, we only paid for one room for four people, so they gave us two connected rooms. Very accommodating staff and just a great experience.

To start with the internet is insanely slow in the rooms. We had to walk down the hall to get a signal at all. Whenever we needed internet we would take our computers downstairs into the lobby. Other than that, the room was spacious and comfortable, it is out of the city, but not hard to get to, with a tram stop just a few minutes away. Also very lovely and helpful staff members.

This is a nice enough hotel, but the only way to describe it is "a bit weird". The layout of the building is quite odd, the elevator is a service elevator, the door handle for our room took us a few minutes to figure out, and the furnishings/decor in the room were pretty bizarre too. Lots of metal poles and thick glass shelves/walls everywhere. There were 2 "emergency doors" that connected to the adjoining rooms and let a lot of sound through. TV was tiny (if that matters to you). And retina-assaulting bright white interrogation style lighting. Wifi didn't work in our room (612). However, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was great, the window was huge with an amazing view, the restaurant was affordable and had absolutely amazing quality food. Sauna/steam room/pool were small, but top notch quality (and empty on a Saturday night). Unreal bakery down the street (on par with many we tried in Paris). Parking costs extra, €8.50 a day I think. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but it definitely wasn't what we were expecting.

Really nice hotel with spacious rooms and underground parking garage. Stayed there when came to Bonn to visit family. They put up a cot for our 5 year old. Will definitely come back again.

The room was very small with little room to move about. The shower in the bathroom had some small black pieces of mold or filth on the walls. It was really bad. I checked in late at night and checked out the next morning. I was supposed to stay one additional night but there was no way I was going to stay there again. I had prepaid for two nights and will not likely get a refund for not staying the second night. Will never stay at this hotel again.

the room was very spacious and the bed was very very comfy. The room comes with a lounge leather couch which was also comfortable. Overall, a nice stay away from home.

OK for a nights accommodation, too far from the city to walk
