"Highly Recommend this Hampton Inn"

This Hampton Inn property is awesome and clean! Recently renovated with a fresh but warm feel. Plenty of newer technology for convenient charging. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful area. Jamie, Director of Sales greeted us during breakfast and even cleared our dishes for us! He was professional and personable. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Hampton Inn is our go-to place to book for guests we have coming into town. The staff is super helpful and the accommodations are exceptional. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Our guests always enjoy their stay at the Hampton Inn Eagle Point!

"Disappointing Level of Service"

We were very disappointed in our recent stay. We made a reservation and told the staff person that we needed a room refrigerator. We got to our room and there was no refrigerator. We were moved (and probably upgraded) to another room but it was a hassle to move rooms. We left the next morning at approximately 10:30 am and thoroughly cleaned to enable housekeeping to empty trash, make the bed, tidy and replace and replenish used towels. When we arrived back at @8:30 pm both room keys did not work and we had to go back and get them rekeyed. Then, we discovered no one had made the bed or tidied the room! Very upsetting and disappointing! When we called to complain, we were told we needed to request housekeeping. Really??? We were not told nor given any information about this important fact. How were we to know???We had to empty our trash, make our bed and go downstairs to get fresh towels. This is not the level of hospitality that we expect from Hampton Inn and Suites!
