"Wouldn't stay again."

Not a lot!

Staff were very rude, they've clearly been there too long, as they don't care about customer service! We were ready to cancel our booking & go elsewhere, when they decided to be helpful, all because we had 2 vehicles & didn't say so when booking! The rooms are very dated, seats worn & beds uncomfortable. For what you pay, we expected a lot better. Have stayed in better & cheaper accommodation in Blenheim & won't stay here again, even if it's the last available place in town!
