Reception & Building Manager (?) were super helpful & very welcoming - Nothing was too much bother which helped lessen our stress as we are in Sydney for a family funeral - Special shoutout to the Kitchen & Cleaning staff who were so kind & friendly - YOU ALL ROCK! - Would stay again & recommend to friends & family

bed were good.

customer service especially when i requested at reception for extra towel because for 2 person they only provide 2 bath sheets and 1 hand towel but the lady at reception refused to provide extra hand towel and insist me to use same towel for 2 person and also mentioned that she is in this industry since 25 years and she knows that she is not allow to provide more then 2 bath sheets and 1 hand towel for 2 person room booking. Later on I believe manager call me and provide extra hand towel but for the rest of that days we still receive same 1 hand towel and I did not bother to ask them again as I feel not treated as guest in this hotel. very disappointed.
