"One simple important thing ruined the stay"

Room was clean, kitchen was well equipped but one of the twin bed mattress' was awful. The bad mattress meant that it ruined the stay. It was thin, no padding and squeaked when you turned over. I could feel the springs. By the time I realised just how bad it was it was too late at night to notify staff.

Great hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. The service was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

Just a couple of small things like the fan in the bathroom/toilet not working and the amount of water that comes out of the shower door and across the floor when showering.
