This was our second stay at this lovely guesthouse. Breakfast was excellent, home made and delicious. Location is a perfect base to explore the Margaret River area, Busselton, Dunsborough, and more. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host is very welcoming and friendly and keen to offer assistance whenever necessary, including giving ideas of where to visit. Nothing is too much trouble and that’s why this is our favourite place to stay.

Start the morning off with a hearty and generous breakfast, with beautiful English/Australian cottage garden surrounds. The accommodation is located just a short stroll away from the local shops on the main street making it easy to pick up souvenirs or a bite to eat, but it's also centrally located so you can jump in you car and explore the south west and Margaret river region. Basic cutlery glassware and dinnerware, fridge, microwave kettle, toaster & tea towel in the room. At the end of the day enjoy a warm shower in your ensuite and then snuggle back into a comfortable bed. Clean, affordable and excellent hosts. We enjoyed our stay.

We Love how Easy the check in was a couple that are running it are fantastic and we love the rustic feel of the morning tea area it's location was excellent and despite being close to the main road it was very quiet got a good night sleep the nights we stayed. Homemade muffins in the morning work extremely good.

Brad was very helpful and friendly and we loved his stories, breakfast was simple but yummy and location was great esp if visiting margaret river
