The room was very spacious and very comfortable. Smart Tv, fridge, kettle and microwave. A/C and ceiling fan. Outside private seating area in garden. Given proximity to main road it was really quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Big parking bays. Walk into town.

I completed the Ironman 70.3 in Busselton, and this was the perfect place to stay. Calm, quiet and peaceful environment, with excellent service and top quality breakfast. Only a 25min drive to Busselton.

I loved the country feel of the property and enjoyed very comfortable rest whilst staying here. The rooms were soundproof and in a convenient location to town. Having breakfast included was such a lovely bonus and the friendly hosts catered to our vegan diet. We loved our stay and hope to return some day!
