Cordialidade dos funcionários

Falta de uma tv a cabo/ esclarecimento dos valores e uma melhor divulgação das programações inclusas no valor da diária. Os valores das refeições estão muito elevadas. Acho que deveria ser oferecido um café a tarde para os hóspedes. Seria muito bom se não houvesse necessidade de sair do hotel para procurar melhores preços e diversificação em refeições.

O local é lindo. Eu já conhecia. A limpeza do quarto falhou. um dia ficamos sem limpeza apesar de ter avisado a recepção. O colchão da cama é um poco mole, mas as roupas de cama são maravilhosas. Comida fantástica e o spa é fantástico!

Tudo, apesar de quando saimos a descarga não funcionava , a porta do banheiro trancava e ao tomar banho o box enchia e não dava vazao.
