Very clean, great sheets and nice location.

Internet was very poor, very noisy during night and morning, not easy to find the place. There is no one that stays in the reception.

Top design of the whole object. Impressive. Great location, center of Mestre, on small square, cosy bars and restorants, worth visiting, just in front. Pedestrian zone starts few steps away. Bus to Venice 50m away. Room large enough, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Our room had large terrace. The place is very clean, maids comming each morning. Public garage round 200 meters away. As advertised, price 12 euro for 24 hours. Affordable. Very good and smooth communication with owners. Besides, they will kindly provide you all neccesary info about visiting Venice, as well as what you want to know about Mestre.

Low speed wifi. Should be extra socket beside the bed.

Location and cleanliness and personnel.

I could hear people talking when in bed. Going down steps in the middle of the night to use the restroom. There was only one plastic chair to sit on.

The place was so clean and nicely maintained! Definitely better than the “2 star rating” of the property. Very modern!

Everything! Location was only a short and easy bus to Venice, but everything in the area was also quite amazing, great restaurants on your doorstep and easy access to everything you need. Gloria was INCREDIBLE, gave us wonderful recommendations and in depth directions. We had such a great stay in Venice and will be back for sure!

I loved the mezzanine bedroom. Bed was comfy and I liked the decor. Hotel was situated in the centre of everything. Short walk to the bus stop for Venice and the airport. Lots of coffee shops/bars nearby.

The sofa didn’t do it for me and I would have liked some form of tea/coffee facilities for the price.
