Reservámos um quarto triplo e só colocaram toalhas para 2 pessoas. A receção funcionava das 10-22h, no entanto, no alojamento estava um contacto caso houvesse alguma emergência. Quando reparámos que o secador de cabelo estava estragado, já passava das 22h, então contactamos o número de “emergência” que ia diretamente para o voice mail. Tentámos contactar os outros números do alojamento e não obtivemos qualquer resposta. De manhã ainda nos disseram que a receção só funcionava das 10-22h, ou seja, se houver alguma real emergência, não há qualquer contacto. Havia um serviço para guardar a bagagem que no primeiro dia nos foi dito que teria um custo adicional de 5€ (que só seria cobrado quando fôssemos buscar a bagagem). No último dia quando pedimos então esse serviço, outra das empregadas já nos disse que era 5€ mas que cada mala tinha um custo adicional de 2€, o que não foi de acordo com o que foi dito no primeiro dia.
