Friendly and helpful reception staff, rooms are small (as everywhere in Paris) but sufficient, coffee and water in reception is really useful. Bathroom toiletries and hot drink facilities in room are handy. Beds are comfy. Very close to metro and lots of nice eateries in the area. If we come to Paris again we’ll stay here!

We had the smell of cigarette smoke in our room a couple of times, not sure where it was from and therefore possible the hotel can’t do anything about it.

The staff were wonderful, Eric and Alice were so friendly. The hotel is very close to the metro in a clean, convenient location with plenty of amenities nearby. There is free filtered water and tea and coffee on tap, and the bed was a very good size and comfortable. It was also a good size, and our room (floor 6) even had a view of the Eiffel Tower.

To be clear - I did not raise this at the time, as it seemed trivial, but for honesty, the light in the bathroom did not always work, the shower temperature switched to boiling hot several times without warning - as in, there was no cold water available at all - and the air-conditioning in the room would not switch on unless the temperature outside reached 24° at night, which led to some very, sweaty and broken sleep. None of this ruined the stay, and the benefits of the hotel far outweigh these small troubles.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Helt okej hotell på en relativt lugn gata för att vara Paris. Kaffe och kallt bubbelvatten fanns att hämta gratis i lobbyn. Härlig utsikt från 6e våningen med två öppningsbara fönster och fransk balkong. Vi såg toppen av Eiffeltornet från balkongen. Bra läge! Nära till tunnelbanan och gångavstånd till triumfbågen. Mycket bra Wifi! Det fanns AC på rummet, som inte vi behövde använda men perfekt för varma dagar.

Städningen var sådär, rummen var ganska fräscha men en del kvarglömt damm och slitna ytskikt. Det fanns kaffe på rummet som räckte endast två dagar men fylldes inte på efterhand. Hade varit trevligt att få mer kaffe när det var slut. Vattentrycket i duschen var dåligt och när andra duschade samtidigt på våningen blev det skållhett vatten snabbt. Trånga utrymmen och små rum men det var ett gammalt bostadshus i Paris så jag förväntade mig inte något annat, men på bilderna när jag bokade såg det mycket rimligt ut. Hissen var väldigt trång, gammal och skranglig. Användes endast när det var ett måste med väskor.
