If you wish to use the safety deposit box, a deposit of EUR 50 will be charged. Please note that the payment is due upon check-in. A Pocket WiFi is available for EUR 10 per day to enable guests to have WiFi access outside of the hotel, throughout city. It can be used on up to 10 devices. For stays of 20 nights and more, please note that a damage deposit of EUR 300 will be charged upon check-in or before your arrival. If no damage is found, the amount will be refunded on the day of departure. From August 9th, 2021, the Sanitary Pass will be mandatory in catering areas (breakfast, restaurant, terrace, bar, lounges and seminars) and the Swimming pool and Well-Being areas. For 12-17 years old, the Sanitary Pass will apply from September 30th, 2021.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
