The place is not bad, but in my opinion its way to expensive for what it actually provides! Has a nice renovation with a kind of a pop art theme, and thats it ! The room is average with a heavy tabaco smell that hits your head once you enter, so be shoure you ask for a non smoking room if you don't smoke, maby eaven if you do... the smell wasvery bad ! Breakfast is average with nithing speshal ! The personnel is verry friendly and helpful with anything you need ! Overall not a bad stay!

The hotel is very central in Hamra, the rooms are spacious and equipped. Mini fridge, coffee and tea station, and pleasantly decorated. What made my stay memorable is the team members working there. They were super friendly and always willing to accommodate and help. Always serving with a smile and always eager to assist. Will defiantly consider this hotel for future visits.

I visited in April, while in Beirut for a few days .. it was what I needed- good location , breakfast , comfy bed - not best hotel in World not worse . I paid my stay in cash ,but as with all hotels gave my credit card details when arrived unfortunately on this months credit card statement I had a fraudulent test transaction on my credit card. Lucky for me low amount and my credit card company refunded. Please be careful , check your statement !!!

1) We were given room 203 which connects to very noisy neighbors, they had so laud the music like the music in the night cubs...We couldn’t sleep the whole night....I called the reception in the middle of the night to complain about the noise and even though they didn’t give us another room and they didn’t move them in another room. The noise continued until the morning and I had to talk to the receptionist again and they said that they have moved the neighbors in the morning.. I asked them why they gave connected rooms to people who don’t know each other!!!!! I asked them to upgrade our room or to make us a discount on the total bill but they didn’t...The rooms need to be upgraded, the carpet in the room was so dirty. The breakfast is also very very basic and yet they needed to get reminded constantly to fill up the table! Hotel Entrance looks more like an office than a hotel reception 3) No WiFi in room only in public areas generally very bad connection. The staff were friendly and helpful for some basic needs We asked them for a map and they didn’t have one!!! The hotel is in a very noisy area of Hamra. This area is dirty and is not the best place to stay in. If you book in Beirut try to stay in Ashrafaeh area which is much more civilized!!! Never staying in this place again!!!

Ideally situated just off Hamra, in a semi-residential area. Easy access to the shops and restaurants on Hamra. Clean rooms. Good price. Friendly staff. Not much of a view. Average breakfast buffet which could be improved.

Clean, central, convenient, affordable and friendly. Beds are very comfy. Breakfast is fine too. It is very close to everything and it is in a calm street in Hamra which is a plus. Walking distance from all the good Hamra restaurants, pubs and cafes.

It was our 3rd anniversary, I booked our room through booking; then my husband called them to ask for some room decoration & other ideas to celebrate.The staff was very helpful. they upgraded our standard room to a junior suite & prepared a very nice decoration with a fruit basket & sparkling wine. the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good. they added a very nice & clean crib for our baby of 1 year old. We loved staying there; the location is in the heart of Hamra next to a different shops and cafes & not so far from Zeitouna Bay. the only thing that we didn't like is that there is no parking for the hotel.

Very nice location; where you can walk to the seaside and the shopping area. Helpfull staff. Nice breakfast with fresh coffee. Quite big comfortable room. The only detail we did not like was the bathroom, it is not small has a big bath tub; but the door makes it hard to move in the bathroom. But we were happy to stay there for a first visit in Beirut which we loved. There are very nice and costly small restaurants around for all kinds of food. The staff also helps if you want to take a tour around Beirut.
