"Beautiful and relaxing"

It is a beautiful, quiet property that was perfect for relaxing at the end of our trip to Mexico. The staff is very nice and really spoil you with the service in the restaurant. A few friends who live in Cuernavaca came to visit and we were able to take a very long lunch in the restaurant.

One of the upstairs rooms didn't have hand railings going up, which was a little challenge for walking up with a cane. The property is not walking distance to anything, but we were able to get Ubers to go places.

I’ve been staying at this property for years. Their staff is great, and the suites are very clean and comfortable. It has gotten pricier every year and I think it’s pricey for Cuernavaca but it is a great place to stay at.

Great location, good staff and service. Good spa.

"Eine Oase Cuernavaca"

Dieses Hotel ist eine Oase!!! Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich; jedes ist nach einem/r Künstler(in) benannt und mit einem übergroßen Ausschnitt aus dessen/deren Werk individuell gestaltet. Zimmer sind großzügig gestaltet; jeden Morgen stand Kaffee oder Tee mit Gebäck vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war exzellent, alle (Eier)Speisen, die man sich für ein gutes Früstück in Mexiko vorstellen kann; sehr gutes Brot und Tee und Kaffee. Auch das italienisch/mexikanische Dinner ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt einen wunderbar großen Pool zum Schwimmen. Jedes einzelne Mitglied des Personals war sehr freundlich. Die Atmoshpäre ist sehr entspannt.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
