Hotel piękny, zadbany. Strefa spa malutka ale bardzo przyjemna. Pokoje czyste. Personel przemiły, minus za brak informacji o opłacie za parkingu.

Wybraliśmy pokój delux - w pokoju nie działał ekspres do kawy, poprosiliśmy w recepcji o wymianę, niestety ten drugi także nie działał. W pokoju znajdowało się menu z hotelowej restauracji, jednak bez informacji że za posiłki przyniesione do pokoju jest dodatkowa opłata ( za serwis ). Przy wymeldowaniu byliśmy przygotowani na opłacenie posiłków jakieś zamówiliśmy , jednak dodatkowa opłata za serwis 30zl oraz za parking 80zl była niespodzianką. Podczas śniadania znaleźliśmy pleśń na deserkach z owocami 😔

Tolles Ambiente. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr großem Bad. Trotz Lage an der Hauptstraße mit Straßenbahn war es im Zimmer ruhig. Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet mit weiteren Optionen a la carte. Die 5 Sterne sind absolut berechtigt, wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Der Preis für den Parkplatz war mit 80 pln pro Tag recht hoch.

"To był dobry wybór, bardzo dziękuje właścicielom i personelowi za gościnę."

Personel bardzo miły i pomocny, prokliencki przede wszystkim. Portier bardzo kontaktowy. Recepcja pełen profesjonalizm, a i Panie sprzątające też bardzo uprzejme. Wiele udogodnień w obiekcie, można dobrze zjeść, skorzystać z opcji masaży i SPA. Mój pobyt niestety był za krótki, jestem bardzo zadowolony. Bardzo dziękuje.

Mam drobną sugestię tylko do baterii łazienkowej od natrysku, głowica jest za mała przez co trudno odkręcić i zakręcić wodę, zwłaszcza mokrą ręką. Warto kiedyś przy wymianie rozważyć inne rozwiązanie.

Bardzo ładny obiekt, pokoje zadbane, miła obsługa i bardzo fajna strefa wellness.

Z prysznica wylewała się woda, więc mieliśmy małą powódź w pokoju. Śniadania dobre ale nie zachwycają. Poza tym wszystko super.
