The location is incredible! One staff member in particular, Maria was excellent.

Unfortunately my WiFi didn’t always work well. Also, one set of towels for 6 days is not enough

Excellent location situated right behind the famous Carlton's hotel. Room was very nice and exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

The bed is actually a sofa bed, so you must open and close it to use it as a bed. In addition, and same problem with all sofa-beds, they are not the most comfortable, but honestly, the quality was very good.

Nella nostra stanza il bagno: necessita di una revisione. le fughe delle piastrelle in alcuni punti evidenziano trascuratezza nella pulizia, l’areazione del bagno non è ottimale, lo scarico funziona male. Altro punto, l’ospite alla fine del soggiorno deve portare al pian terreno le lenzuola e la spazzatura, altrimenti paga un sovrapprezzo. Situazione comica, preferisco che questi servizi vengano inclusi nel prezzo e condotti dalla struttura stessa.

Los desayunos muy regular y el aparcamiento en su hotel es estrecho los pasos y las plazas, muy incómodo.

Excellent location, very good value for money.

Would be good if the bathrooms in the duplex were downsrairs. But not a huge problem.
