El trato del personal, la limpieza, la piscina

El hotel esta acogedor y limpio pero un poco descuidado y el desayuno siempre es lo mismo y no me gusto

Muy cerca al aeropuerto, a supermercado, centro comerciales, para que pagar más si en Cartagena 24/7 se hace turismo. Sin pensarlo más volvería al mismo hotel, y muy variado desayuno, increíble

Buena ubicación, lugar tranquilo. Las habitaciones tenían lo justo y necesario. El desayuno cumple pero no con creces. En general bien. Otro aspecto positivo es que hay una agencia de turismo en el mismo lobby del hotel. El city tour en chiva te recoje ahi mismo. Hubo un día que nos alojamos en isla palma y nos guardaron las maletas una noche completa. Muy amables con respecto a eso.

En la primera habitación donde nos quedamos, no habia cortina blackout, por lo que entraba mucha luz en la noche, además de harto ruido de la calle. Solo nos dieron 2 toallas de cuerpo y 1 de mano. Solo 1 rollo de papel higienico. No reponían con frecuencia los articulos de baño (jabón, shampoo).

El hotel tiene una ubicación maravillosa, al frente de la playa, cerca a mucho comercio y restaurantes, la comida del desayuno estuvo bien, el personal muy atento y amable, y la limpieza del hotel en general y habitaciones estuvo de 10.

Lo unico que no me gusto y recomendaría analizaran son los horarios que tienen previstos para el bar y la piscina, según nos comentaron iba hasta las 6:30 pm esos servicios, y ps para alguien que esta de paseo, primero prefiere ir a la playa y a las 5:30 - 6:00 pm que cierran playa gustaria poder ir a terminar un rato en la piscina, pero con ese horario que manejan esto no es posible, así que ese servicio de piscina queda practicamente anulado para algun turista con un pensamiento similar al mio.

"Lo único rescatable es la ubicación"

El tamaño de la habitación y la cama.

Las recepcionistas parecían nerviosas o novatas, además, el baño era muy incómodo, la habitación podría haber sido más pequeña y el baño más amplio. Ascensor un tanto antiguo y un desayuno más o menos.

Me gustó sus buenas habitaciones, súper bien ubicado

Lo que no me gustó fue su desayuno, ya que siempre es como lo mismo y no es tan rico el huevo 😓🫣 de resto todo estuvo genial

Próxima de comércio, casas de câmbio, funcionários muito educados, sempre prontos para ajudar. Quarto, com cama muito confortável, ar condicionado muito bom. Limpeza ótima.

Não tenho o que falar.
