La ubicación del hotel es excelente, rodeado de bares, restaurantes y comercios, todo muy cerca. El hotel es tranquilo, familiar, cuenta con piscina. El personal muy amable, el desayuno bien, acorde al precio. El único punto en contra es que el televisor de la habitación no estaba funcional y no pudieron resolverlo durante nuestra estadía.

La persona que atiende el buffet todos los dias estuvo de mal humor, atencion muy mala, grosero para hablarle a los huéspedes.

Me gustó la ubicación.

El desayuno fue básico y en varias oportunidades se acababa muy rapido o no habia mesas disponibles para la cantidad de huéspedes.

Muy cerca al aeropuerto, a supermercado, centro comerciales, para que pagar más si en Cartagena 24/7 se hace turismo. Sin pensarlo más volvería al mismo hotel, y muy variado desayuno, increíble

El hotel tiene una ubicación maravillosa, al frente de la playa, cerca a mucho comercio y restaurantes, la comida del desayuno estuvo bien, el personal muy atento y amable, y la limpieza del hotel en general y habitaciones estuvo de 10.

Lo unico que no me gusto y recomendaría analizaran son los horarios que tienen previstos para el bar y la piscina, según nos comentaron iba hasta las 6:30 pm esos servicios, y ps para alguien que esta de paseo, primero prefiere ir a la playa y a las 5:30 - 6:00 pm que cierran playa gustaria poder ir a terminar un rato en la piscina, pero con ese horario que manejan esto no es posible, así que ese servicio de piscina queda practicamente anulado para algun turista con un pensamiento similar al mio.
