Pulizia.

Ci è stata assegnata una stanza adiacente a lavori stradali in corso, nonostante la struttura disponesse di altre stanze libere. Alle 6:30 del mattino una ruspa ha iniziato a lavorare a pochissima distanza dalla nostra finestra, rendendo impossibile dormire e la stanza di fatto invivibile. Alla nostra segnalazione e al nostro disappunto, dalla reception ci è stato risposto che la responsabilità era nostra perché avremmo dovuto specificare in anticipo di volere una stanza silenziosa. Oltre al danno ci siamo anche sentititi presi in giro.

Buonissima posizione. Letto comodo. Staff gentile e professionale.

Sabato mattina ci siamo svegliati alle 7 perché a un metro dalla nostra finestra stavano lavorando. Inconcepibile vendere una camera con questo disagio. Apprezziamo il fatto che ci hanno cambiato camera. Comunque rimane il disagio. Colazione di qualità scarsa.
