The room

As residents we didn't expect the bar to close at 10.15pm, Also we had reserved breakfast for 4 but when got to breakfast, no table available so 2 place settings added to a 2 table, very cramped and had to put stuff on floor to fit dishes on. We won't be back sorry.

Great location and staff

When my wife and I attempted to go for an early dinner (at 6 pm), we were told that the dining room was fully booked from 7pm and were shunted into a rather inconvenient small table in between two other couples in the bar (very close to each other). Throughout the awkward meal, we were afforded a view of the (lovely) dining room, which remained 70% empty for the whole duration! Not particularly impressed that residents were not prioritised, and there really is no excuse for this given that both the restaurant and the bar were being serviced by the same kitchen.

Beautifully decorated, loved all the hound an horse pictures, lovely space to be in, very helpful pleasant staff, perfect situation right in the middle of Broadway

Breakfast was lovely x Room was very pleasant ( no view , but that wasn’t a problem) Clean , spacious , everything that you would require in a room was there

We booked for an evening meal in the hotel ( payment obviously was in addition to the bill) it was a small choice menu and not really to our taste , although the food we chose was fine , wouldn’t say it was spectacular, but was “ nice” Gastro pies or meals I believe would be better choices
