"Awful Mother’s Day lunch"

The most disappointing experience of my Mother’s Day lunch! Food was awful, the roast meal was so dry I couldn’t finish my meal, what a waste! I can cook a better roast dinner! Our order was mixed up! Drink was not as described on the menu! Staff were impolite and inexperienced!! When the restaurant phoned us the our table is ready earlier, the person in the phone couldn’t string a normal sentence together! Staff didn’t even apologise at the end when I expressed my disappointment. Would not recommend this place to eat!

"A perfect stay in the Cotswolds"

We had a perfect stay at The Broadway during Cheltenham Festival. The staff were wonderful, the bar and restaurant are as stunning as the food and the rooms are gorgeous, well fitted and super comfortable. They could not have been more welcoming and in such a beautiful village too! Definitely would recommend and can’t wait to go again!

"Absolutely wonderful hotel, staff are amazing"

Location, staff, atmosphere and cleanliness

Our room (7) has the kitchen extractor ducting below the bedroom window and once you tune in, that’s it. Car parking is a little squeeze and the disabled parking space (1) is first come first served which doesn’t help at times.

Superb Breakfast and really comfy bed. Staff were excellent. No night porter but you do get keys for the hotel if you are later back than 10.30pm.
