"Very historic and interesting building but would not recommend top floor for elderly guests"

Location in centre of Broadway. The history of the building and clever use of design in restaurant roof. One electric car charger but will need more in future.

Stairs! My husband is nearly 80 and we were given a room on the top (3rd) floor. The 2nd set of stairs had very narrow treads and lifting a heavy case up to the top was difficult (and quite dangerous).

We liked everything about this hotel! The location was great, room was pretty, clean & spacious. The bartender made us an excellent old fashioned, tho we wished he had been a little friendlier.(he seemed a little annoyed by our presence) we had included the breakfast & it was well worth it. Loves this place & would stay again.

"Super comfortable stay."

Bar area was lovely with a buzzy atmosphere; we dined in a beautiful dining room where staff were attentive; rooms were very comfortable, although small; reception staff were very helpful with a suitcase issue.

Having had a lovely dinner, breakfast was rather dull with the staff being rather glum.
