Really clean with good facilities..the breakfast food is really top value

The hotel is really nice but the service is very slow, would take ages to get a drink or to be even asked for one, we would go up to the bar and ask for a drink and it would take 30 minutes. One we saw them on the bar for 20 just sat there. Bottlenecks at breakfast, large queues for coffee machine which then broke, had to make a real effort at breakfast to try and grab their attention. I would not call this hotel 5 star.
