The breakfast was good

We got sent too 2 deferent rooms at check in that had people in them, walked in on a couple with my kids and was irate. Finally after making 3 trips down to the office we got a room that was not occupied. And when spoke about a refund or some type of compensation for the mix ups I was told i would be called by the manager and still have not heard anything. My kids should not have seen something like that, even more so at a nicer hotel like yalls

Staff were super . Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom floor like ice. Heater didn't get warm until about 3 am. Add said hot breakfast but all there was cereal and toast. Definitely not not worth 75.00
