Tropicana Inn

We checked in but did not stay. Left an hour later to stay at a different hotel.

What I liked? It looks like a newly resurfaced parking lot. What I didn’t like... The wet, soggy felling of the room, furnat, carpet... They don’t have aperson in the office until 3 pm. Dirty, rusty, disgusting. The door lock was usless.

Dated and missing the usual items like iron and hair dryer, but comfortable and relatively clean

This property is adequate from the distance of DT. It serviced by local transit. There are a few food options but more as you get closer DT. There is no pool. But its clean, friendly staff and I had no worries staying here as closer to DT there is a noticeable amount of marginalized persons so at this property there are no noticeable. So you pick what makes sense for you. Apparently doing renovations and offering a dining option. So it will only improve.

Bathroom sink covered in cigarette burns, linens stained, bugs on carpet, tv did not work.

The stay was good, I would have like to have coffee in the morning

We stayed for one night, the room was clean, Ac was too cold but had the option to adjust the cooling.. Staff was friendly.. Overall Im satisfied.

great place to lay your head at night , helpful staff and the food next door is phenomenal !
