It was very uncleanly I booked it for two nights I only stayed one lost out on $100 there was someone sock there from a previous day the beds were horribly stained the bathroom look like it hadn't been cleaned in about 3 months

I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I recently had with a hotel booking. When we arrived at the hotel on our scheduled check-in date (from April 14th to April 15th), we were told that the check-in time was 4:00 p.m. on April 14th. However, while booking through the app, I had selected the check-in time as “later than 2:00 a.m.”, which was clearly an available option. The app gave the impression that check-in would be possible during the early morning hours, and this was the basis on which I made the booking. Unfortunately, when we contacted the hotel upon arrival, they refused to check us in earlier than 4:00 p.m., even though our booking clearly showed the date as April 14th. This caused us significant inconvenience, and we were left with no option but to book another hotel at the last minute. We faced a lot of stress and spent, we did not receive any support or refund from the app. I request that this issue be looked into seriously, and I would appreciate a refund or compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss we suffered due to this

The bed covers should be white, the heating or cooling system should be adjustable, and there should be someone at the motel to respond in case of an emergency.

i dont know if should even review them. They are not worth even 1 star. The worst stay i ever had till date. Noting was good about it !! Specially Never visit with your family, its not a safe around. After all of this, manager didn't even bother to resolve our issue.

Did not like there was no wash rags or shampoo and conditioner

The property is really old and wasn’t worth the price we paid at all. The duvet and the bedsheets weren’t cleaned properly and they were kind of smelling too.

You get what you pay for. Pretty grubby place with an uncomfortable bed. Okay for a night or two.

It work for me, Clean, quiet, easy access to the falls

I didn’t get a chance to stay. I arrived at 3PM and nobody there. I called the number that was at the door and the person said that 4PM is the check in. I get it but shouldn’t anybody supposed to be there in case of emergency? The place look deserted and run down. I decided to go to Comfort inn and booked my stay. They should not allow this motel continue to operate. It is very bad and look run down.
