弘前城すぐ近くの立地で、徒歩で弘前城に行けるのは強み。反面、駅からは少し遠いのでバスなどを使うのが望ましい。他の共立リゾートの施設と比較すると施設自体はやや古い印象は拭えないが、それを補って余りある程にスタッフの方々の気配りと挨拶の気持ち良さが好印象でした。聞けば特別そのような意識を徹底しているわけではない。との事。普段からの接客に対する心がけが素晴らしいのだと感心させられました。食事は地のモノをいただける内容、お風呂も屋上の温泉がしっかりとあり特筆すべき程ではないが宿泊費から考えると充実しておりました。
