Very friendly welcoming staff! Very clean

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The other guests were also very friendly and helpful when we ran into them at breakfast. There was a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning including bacon, eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, make your own waffle, cereal, yogurt and a few other options im forgetting. We had a room at the very end of the hall on the first floor and it was very quiet! The hotel is pretty secluded so the only people you see outside are other guests. There’s a gazebo with grills and parking for RVs or trucks with trailers.

The sheets were clean but seemed worn so there was some lint and small hair when we pulled the comforter back. There was an air freshener/plug in smell that was bearable but definitely noticed because i’m sensitive to those things.

Room clean and freshened each day.

We have stayed here multiple times while visiting family and have always been treated well by staff. My only "complaint" is the lack of choices for breakfast. We have stayed at other Surestays/Best Western brand hotels and have had a wider selection/fresher options.

We were only there for one night and were supposed to have a king room. When we got to our room the bed linens were in a pile on the window sill and there was mud all over the floor. So we went back to the check in desk. She gave us another room that was not a king room but it was clean. We did not complain as we were only there one night. The room was clean and that’s what we were more concerned with than the size of the bed. It was a double queen room. The check in clerk was extremely nice as we arrived 30 minutes before check in and she allowed us to check in which may have explained our room not being ready. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Nice peaceful setting.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The lovely front desk rep gave us a printout of places we could eat nearby. Our room was nice and spacious, but the beds did leave us feeling a bit stiff the next day. The complementary breakfast was ok, the coffee tasted a bit like bacon grease. The view was the best part!

Friendly staff easy to check in an d easy to check out. Room is very clean and lobby and hallway smells so nice.Very welcoming.

Great experience! We came in for a family reunion, booked 3 rooms. All the rooms were clean with ample space. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!
