La chambre était propre, l'échange avec le personnel correct. J'apprécie l'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est proche de toutes commodités, pour manger, faire 2/3 petites courses, le tram à même pas 50 mètres. C'est topissime.

Robinetterie douche pas au top. Brûlant d'un seul coup, réglage à faire quand c'est brûlant = risques. Pommeau de douche, jet d'eau pas au top, pareil qu'un ancien tuyau de jardin. (Pas de possibilité de régler le pommeau). Check-in 15h, ils sont obligés d'appeler aux étages voir si c'est prêt, car chambres toujours pas vérifiées et attribuées aux clients en amont pour dons de clés fluides à l'heure du check-in. 30 minutes d'attente c'est pas très grave, mais ça peut faire long pour les personnes ayant fait plusieurs heures de route avec enfant comme moi.
