Carpets very worn in room. Elevator door was extremely squeaky and ha a large sticky residue on it. Breakfast on Sunday morning was terrific!

When I first entered the room I was originally assigned, there was an objectionable odor in the room. I called the front desk and the lady on duty immediately found another - and better - room for me to use. While, true, there was an issue with one of the rooms, your customer service was A+. I will definitely stay there again if the need arises.
