I liked the staff . The room we stayed in needs renovation
Our family enjoyed our stay. We had 2 triple rooms that were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was full of choices. Unfortunately we never experienced the pool as there was an extra surcharge to use it.

Our room was nice, the pool is cool, it is sad that the breakfast was disastrous. In the middle of breakfast time there were hardly any tables clean, everything was cold, the mushroom as well and it even had bad taste, the coffee machine was not able to make anything with milk, but no sign of it, so most guests including me were just standing in front of it helplessly. I asked for a mug firstly with no success. Secondly i got it but not willingly. By the time we finally found something COLD to eat, the juices ran out. We also waited for scrambled eggs and muffins in vain. It is too bad that the waiters' time went on the room service, but this shouldn't have caused these chaos in the breakfast room. Another thing that it was too cold in the breakfast area. In the middle of the night someone used the pool making loud splashing waking us up. Of course this is not the hotel's failure but it was very disturbing. And if that was not enough, the gardener started mowing the lawn at 7(!) in the morning! How the staff think the guest could rest this way? Maybe we were unlucky but all of these are too much from a 4star hotel, we were quite disappointed :(
Packed small pool, noisy room, bathroom's sink was blocked. Overall very pricy hotel for what was offering.
Hotel did not honor our reservation as made for three, two adults and one child. Room assigned had one queen bed only. Hotel tried to charge for a separate room for the third bed at 11pm in the evening. Hotel photos did not match the room reserved. Front desk young lady was agresssive and demanded additional payment until I asked her to call the police for theft of payment. Stay away from this hotel at all costs
