Beautiful hotel, grounds, golf course, and scenery. It is very quiet and away from the town of Loredo, but a short shuttle ride away. The spa and amenities were great. The rooms are very spacious. We had a huge private covered patio, living room, separate bedroom with bath, 1/2 bath, dishwasher, and clothes washer/dryer. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is definitely the nicest hotel in Loreto, and we have stayed in a few others. You will not be disappointed, highly recommended.

L’hôtel est magnifique, la piscine fait de l’effet, les allées et le jardin sont bien entretenus, jolie plage aussi. L’hôtel est très bien équipé avec possibilité de retirer de l’argent et une supérette. Les chambres étaient toujours propres et la literie confortable. Le buffet au petit déjeuner varié et tout était frais. Le personnel toujours gentils et souriant.

J’avais réservé plusieurs chambres sachant que booking m’a répondu la veille pour une modification de chambre pour 6 en vain. Comme je devais me débrouiller avec l’hôtel à mon arrivée, j’ai préféré anticiper et prendre une 3 ème chambre du coup. Donc le séjour m’est revenu plus cher que prévu. Ne pas prendre la chambre 1310 C, première nuit ça allait mais la deuxième nuit on entendait les machines tourner de 22h à 8h du matin, le service d’étage parlait fort dans cette buanderie le matin. Nous avons demandé à la réception de faire un geste ( offrir au moins nos deux petits déjeuners ce matin là vu qu’on avait mal dormi) mais le responsable n’a pas voulu... Donc imaginez 3 chambres 1800 dollars pour 2 nuits suite au nom professionnalisme de booking et aucun geste commercial de l’hôtel qui met des chambres avec porte communiquante sur la salle des machines à laver et sèche linge, ce n’est pas commercial !! Très dommage, nous sommes beaucoup à penser que le service du tourisme devient de plus en plus médiocre au fil des années...
