Inexpensive CLEAN place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

Proprietors are wonderful!

That you have to pay a deposit. Especially when you stayed there before they know that you leave the room the same or better than it was and they still want a freaking deposit. Unfortunately, I was not able to have the deposit with me and went to the bank to get it, but I only had $14 at the bank and I had to do other important stops and he was upset with me. But I hope he has forgiven me because I did not hurt his room. In fact, I scrubbed the bathroom floor dusted a few items. Anyway, I will stay there again if they will let me.

The proprieter and the receptionist where awesome, friendly, helpful. I'll return again.

The bed was comfortable . The TV reception good.

The room was dated and shabby. The rear exterior where we were was in a state of disrepair, needed maintenance and cleaning..

I liked the location and the price. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in room.

The rooms are very outdated, the furniture is old. There have been basically no upgrades in 20+ years. There was no decent offering for breakfast. I couldn't tell how clean it was. There was no coffee or coffeemaker in room. I was never told anything about a designated smoking area, as listed.

This place is need of serious repair. Check in is average. This place needs to be at least clean if you offer this to public. Not sure how a place so dirty can exist in a post COVID world This needs to be held to some kind of acceptable standards and I think I should be refunded all the money it cost to sit in a chair and not be able to sleep..No other hotel was available thanks to Penn State game . STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE . Unless filth and disgust don't bother.GROSS
