Bel Aire Motel

I was so happy to find this gem of a motel! The vintage vibe and tasteful decor made it feel special. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—right in the heart of Missoula, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

An older motel with some aesthetic maintenance issues, but lovely linens, beautiful towels and overall very clean. I could have used a blackout curtain, but I’m a light sleeper. The front desk is very friendly and good recommendations for food and things to see. The parking places are too narrow for those big vehicles that abound in Montana.

We Thought the room was great for the price, clean and comfortable. The only downfall was you could really hear the neighbors. One person had their tv up super loud all night, and another couple was fighting

Everything was great except for the wifi, which was spotty at best. Even the TV really did not stream their channels well with lots of interruptions. We were unable to connect our own devices.

So there was no Internet available the clerk that check us in tried he could not get it going. The heating unit was poor and hardly warmed. And when asked about retrieving a deposit that we were unaware of until we had already checked in following morning the manager was short impolite and we were told no unlike previously the night before. Putting us in a tight budget for the remainder of our trip having to wait for the bank to release over the weekend

This vintage, boutique motel was wonderful! The Bel Aire is tastefully updated with modern, vintage feeling touches. This is a simple, clean motel with a convenient location to all things downtown Missoula and University of Montana campus related.
