Bel Aire Motel

Good beds, easy parking, Good breakfast

We loved the Bel Aire Motel. The rooms have been remodeled, and they are adorable. Retro refrigerators and microwaves, big screen TVs, beautiful wooden shelving and walls, quirky upholstery. We loved the decor. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Good Wi-Fi. Decent water pressure. No curved shower bar but the shower curtain was heavy enough not to blow. Our only issue was that our keys did not work, and it took a while to find the clerk. Overall, an excellent stay and we would stay again.

I booked 2 weeks in advance and when I arrived the hotel was trashed and abandoned. One guest was there and told me it was deserted and the whole staff disappeared. I found the new owner later in the night and he said he would give me a room at motel 6. This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had.

We arrived at 5:00 PM to check in and nobody was in the office. There was a phone number to call that was sent to the Motel 6 down the road. The lady there said that she would send someone over but nobody came. We finally drove over to the Motel 6 where we found someone to come and let us in. The girl got us checked in and gave us keys that didn’t work. Luckily, we stopped her before she left and we finally got into our room at 6:30 PM. The room looked unfinished and dirty. They also had LED lighting outside our window with bad blinds that made it too bright to sleep well.

They had gone out of business when we arrived ,all people gone , no-one informed us, including booking .com You took money for room when their website stated they were closed for business, unacceptable We contacted you yesterday and still no response after 24 hours

Arrived around 9:30pm, and had troubles with our ac unit working in the room. The guy at front desk happily helped us out and moved us to a different room. Great little place to stay.

This is a great place to stay. It's a Retro Motel with rooms that appear to be newly decorated. Great bed and a great shower with plenty of hot water. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I will stay here anytime I am in Missoula.

Great room! Very comfortable bed, and quiet. Will definitely come back.

You have done great job with updates. Just a couple small things would help. One more curtain panel, make sure there is at least 2 coffee cups. A bonus would be a mini fridge.

Cute little motel. Great location. Adorably decorated. Super comfortable bed. Wish they had blackout curtains because the blinds didn’t keep out the exterior lighting. Overall, good stay. Would choose again.
